How can we practice intellectual generosity and flexibility, with ourselves and with others? How do we encounter others—and ourselves—with truth, openness, and intellectual care? What attitudes help us to remain available to engage in the art of questioning and in meaningful dialogues in our daily lives?Philosophical counselling is not simply a method or a set of tools—it is, above all, a posture. A way of being. A commitment to question, to reflect, and to accompany others through dialogue and shared thinking.
In this five-session summer training, we will explore key attitudes essential to philosophical practice and counselling—and to a more serene, lucid, and thoughtful life. These attitudes are not only tools to develop in our work with others; they are also invitations to deepen our own thinking, presence, and inner posture in life.
Through reflection, exercises, dialogue, and shared inquiry, we will practice philosophical counselling and learn how to embody these postures more consciously—in our work as philosophical practitioners and in our everyday lives.
